With a range of training in various fields that all have a profound impact on helping change to happen at a conscious and subconscious level, in my life coaching practice, I apply one or more of these techniques to enable you to gain the maximum change experience that is relevant to you when we work together.
High performance coaching is where you use the coaching to understand more about yourself; this typically includes your talents, your strengths and your purpose, with a view to aiming higher, for greater excellence and greater competence in who you are and what you do. Coaching is about personal growth and personal development for people who know that they can and desire to do more, who wish to be challenged, in order to go the extra mile for their own personal fulfilment and satisfaction.
With high performance coaching, you set the agenda, and as your coach I am a facilitator, a catalyst for change, therefore there is no fixed direction or advice; it gives you the space to explore real-time problems, issues and dilemmas, with the possibility of unexpected, insightful and remarkable results.
Ideal for natural high achievers, who strive to do even better, to go one step further at each stage of their life and / or career, who desire improved performance and seek substantial results.
NLP is a technique used to change your behaviour, by identifying and reprogramming your thoughts so that you can remove negative emotions and limiting beliefs, become more self-confident, and make better choices; overall it enables you to be more in charge of yourself, through your thoughts and feelings, as well as in your relationships with others, through effective communication.
NLP techniques both enhances an individual’s performance, as well as bringing balance and control to emotions and this enables you to focus on what you want to achieve in your life.
There are numerous NLP techniques that are used for a myriad of areas including: how to enhance communicate, managing emotions, increasing confidence and motivation, achieving goals and outcomes, reframing situations so that you change the meaning of an event, and feel more positive, which gives you a choice as to how you respond to life events.
My favourite NLP principle is:
The meaning of your communication is the response you get.?

EFT is a simple and effective method to remove energy blockages in the body, often caused by traumatic experiences and / or deeply rooted beliefs. When we have situations that cause us to feel intense emotions or deep discomfort, when we have limiting beliefs that hold us back and affect our behaviour, including low confidence, anxiety or chronic pain, learning and applying this emotional tapping therapy can bring about a change in these areas.
Emotional freedom technique practitioners use a very similar principle to that applied for thought field therapy, therefore, whichever option you choose to work with, the outcome will be as effective.
EFT eliminates disruptions in the bodys energy system, by simply focusing on the specific problem whilst at the same time, tapping on energy meridians in the body. This can be done with the guidance of an emotional freedom technique practitioner, or on your own.
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis, which is a state of deep relaxation, to enable a person to focus in on suggestions, which have been pre-agreed between the client and the hypnotherapist, to make positive changes.
During hypnosis, the client is awake, and often experiences an enhanced state of awareness, which enables the unconscious mind to be open and receptive to positive suggestions, that are in alignment with what the client wishes to absorb and change.
There are so many ways you can motivate yourself; from those I have listed here below, pick one or two that resonate for you and make a decision, make a commitment to yourself, to put these into action, daily.
Take the time to recognise and acknowledge anything you are grateful for, do this every day, a minute in the morning and a minute at night.
Think about a few things you would like to achieve for yourself, and start with a goal that is easy and do-able so that you give yourself the motivation and confidence to then move onto the next goal and the next one. If a goal seems big or daunting, break it down into numerous small goals, what is often referred to as sizeable chunks, so that you can then work on one goal at a time, towards achieving the larger goal, the bigger outcome.
We are impacted by the information we take in, both visually and auditory. Spend more time taking in the type of information that will have a positive impact on your mind and on your emotions.
Talk about your successes, because this will enable you to acknowledge your own achievements and others will also give you positive and uplifting feedback I do recommend you only share your successes with people who you trust will support you.
Look at what you have learnt from anything that did not work out the way you expected it to and recognise that this only helps you become a more knowledgeable and experienced person; use it to motivate you to find different and even better ways to make it work the next time.
Every day, do the one thing you would tend to avoid, as your first task of the day, then give yourself a pat on the back and say to yourself Well done me!? it’ll set you up in a positive and motivating state of mind for the rest of your day! Imagine how good you will feel if you achieve this every day!
